Born in Grand Forks, North Dakota, Erin Dodd grew up in a four-generation family legacy of bridge builders so it wasn’t a surprise to her family when she went on to forge her own path in the luxury fashion world. At the young age of 19, she opened her first retail store, and it wasn’t long before she rose to the top to work within one of the world leaders in luxury, LVMH (Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton). Her award-winning approach to engineering cross-functional teams that leverage the power of human connectivity became an indicator to her success. With decades of management experience, Erin was able to bridge her creativity with innovation to drive long-term results for leading retailers such as Escada and Fendi.

In her capacity as a high-level creative and executive, during the early 2000s, Erin took a break from fashion for an opportunity to partner with two seasoned female entrepreneurs in the skincare industry. The line eventually expanded into a global company with over 80k distributors. After a 10-year journey together, a publicly traded company acquired the business.

Although a midwest girl, Erin currently resides in Scottsdale, Arizona with her husband Cliff, but because you can’t take the midwest out of the girl, Erin still spends summers on the lake in Bemidji, Minnesota with many friends and family members. She also enjoys spending her winters in Scottsdale, where she is passionate about staying healthy, so Pilates and walks in nature top her list of activities. But family is everything to her, and as she puts it, “my heartbeat is my family – my husband, my three adult children and two grandchildren.” At this rate, Erin is no doubt destined to carry on the legacy-building tradition instilled in her by her family. 

Erin also serves as a certified coach, mentor and facilitator in the non-profit space to help women break down barriers and magnify their impact on the world.

As President and Co-Founder of TreCeuticals since 2019, Erin has proven that it’s never too late to start again. Upon meeting her, you’ll know right away that she lives and loves “ large” with her passion for life and empowering women from all backgrounds.
